They have the worst billing system. The amount shown on app is always not the amount you have to pay. Once you have made the complete payment of the figure shown in app then suddenly after 10-15 day a new amount will come which will be added to your next bill which comes. How does this new amount of that same month comes when I have already paid the total figure pending shown on app. And why are there so many additional charges - like when every there is late payment they charge you for late payment+ disconnection charges+ reconnection charges+ other taxes. Does some one comes to my place to disconnect and reconnect for which I should pay?


When I spoke to local representative - he said that we are also very troubled with the company please don't use its services!
