ACT fibernet is one of the biggest internet service providers in Hyderabad. It has a wide network all over the city and it is very much familiar. I think that may be the reason for their poor performance. I have used this service for a year. I really don't like it from the beginning itself. when you approach their executive for a new connection they will get in touch with you for taking your id proofs and etc. but they consume a lot of time to give you the internet access. you can also experience the issues of speed.we cannot depend on it when we have an important work.they have very poor customer support. you need to wait for a long time to speak to an executive regarding any issue.time for resolving the issue also consume a lot of time.as I don't have any internet service in my area I have used it. please do not go for it if you are in Hyderabad
