Worst service!. I am using ACT Fibernet for last 5+ years, earlier it was quite stable but of late it is down every second day and I am fed up of raising service tickets after service tickets. Also they still rely on old copper cables in most of the urban areas of Bangalore. Seriously thinking of discontinuing the service. Not sure how this company is boasting about its un comparable internet service with such a bad performance and customer service, they don't even pick up calls, only option left for customer is to go thru the set of auto generated questions based on your reported problem. Majority of the times it simply initiates a ticket without any auto resolution. You will have to then follow up multiple times for an engineer to check your case.
