My Ticket No SR10364558847094 is closed without even solved and visiting my premises. I have been using ACT chennai for total 6 year, last 1 year in new location. In this month 4th complaint. Everytime Service engineer visit do some service further same issue. My connection get disconnected frequently not able to do my job properly. Failure perticularly afternoon time 13~ 17 from Mar&Apr . Seems rootcause is known but not ready to solve that is the mind set of ACT chennai. its common issue for my neibour. Will be switch to Jio fiber or Tata fiber if there is no solution by this month.
