I am using act since 2 years and I was a good customer too.
But the problem with act is they dont attend the calls at all since 6 months, I agree that act provides good speed but the dont provide good call support.
If you are in any location where you have other act users then you dont face much issue, if you are alone act user they its waste of time using act better switch to your local isp provider.
