Dear All,
Please don't take any BB connection from ACT, as its a fraud company and they should banned.
I had paid 3800 rupees for new connection and the executive promised me the connection will get alive within 7 working days. After 10 days, I called the costumer care asked for the status, every time they said that I will get the connection tomorrow. I almost made around 25 calls to CC then after 45 days one engineer came and installed it, and exactly after 2 hrs it got disconnected and I made a compliant to CC again they promised it will get rectified in 4 hrs.
Today is the 20th day, still no one has called or fixed the issues.
