I have been writing to ACT Fibernet since the past 20 days, as I wish to have a'Change of Name' in my billing. All other details: address, phone number, email remain the same.
However, in spite of at least 6 mails, attempts to contact them over phone, and all other efforts, it has not been done.
I am really pissed and angry with them
