Useless ACT services; if you call customer care, you have to listen to useless information for 15 minutes, then come stupid/arrogant customer service executives, who cant do anything, so they will not do anything they will simply disconnect the call. And their chatbot is used less always says Sorry, we can't process your request. And their app is another useless one, which will have unnecessary information, not available required information. As per the government norms, they have to provide a Bill receipt after payment immediately. But they will not provide as per the rules.
Sooooo many issues with ACT(Technical and non-technical)
My suggestion as an Active ACT customer is, please don't go with them and don't make the same mistake as me.
