ACT Broadband I have been using for last 4 yrs and I think it is really very good. The speed is really good . If ACT has a down time they keep the customers informed by texting them that is what is called customer service. I don’t think any other provider keeps their customers informed. I don’t say I don’t have a problem in connectivity. Sometimes due to bad weather the connections get effected but moment you log a complaint they come and rectify it within 48 hrs. Sometimes it gets resolved the very next day if the problem is not complex. All I can say is I love ACT for 20GB I Pay 719 for month which is great.
