Extremely disappointed with ACKO Drive. On 20th April 2025, I booked a VW Highline AT at a confirmed price of ₹;15.09 Lakhs through their platform. Later, I was informed that the price had changed to ₹;16.5 Lakhs a clear bait-and-switch tactic. This is not just unprofessional, its misleading and unethical.
Their team keeps changing relationship managers every time I raise a concern looks like a deliberate strategy to avoid accountability. They don't respond properly over emails, and the entire price breakup changes after raising a complaint, without any transparency or explanation.
ACKO Drive clearly doesn't honor its commitments and misleads customers with false pricing just to get bookings. This is a classic case of trust violation and poor business ethics.
I strongly urge others to stay away from ACKO Drive. Im sharing this review for consumer awareness what happened to me can happen to you too.
