It Is a very nice laptop. I loved it. It has very nice and addictive interface and every sleep design which makes it more sexier and classy.
Very smooth processing with i5 processor.
I had just one big problem accessing it which is- the screen tends to has a defect again and again, there is a formation of the vertical line in display which is very irritable and not good. I had my laptop repaired again and again even I changed the display which cost me 5000 rupees but again the new display also tends to have the same defect. I think this defect is due to pressure on the display by the plastic sheet covering it at the back.
So in the matter of satisfaction, honestly. this laptop doesn't fall in a good category.
Besides this problem this laptop worth the money because it is a lot smoother and a lot good looking in design. the Touchpad works so fine the keyboard is also of good quality.
Service and support centres are very reachable and worldwide. As I told I had to get changed the display so I found the store very approachable andaffordable also.
Service and support Centre workers are very polite and compliance with customer, which is very humbling and attractive.
