I joined Accenture as a Associate Software Engineer right after my graduation. I was very excited and proud. However, I had such a horrible and negative experience. I worked for almost 1.5 years and quit the company. The psychological damage this company had done to me during me tenure is huge.
Mangers lie about you, and HRs cover it up. I had a grievance about my previous supervisor, who lied about me and behaved unprofessionally. I even went to HR leads with my complaint. They wrote the whole thing off as confusion, miscommunication, perceptional error etc.
There is lot of favouritism within the company. They don't take any action against the managers because we are associates and they are managers.
Most of the associates don't get any good work and career growth is very limited and narrow. You will be stuck with no way up or down. HRs don't care for employee satisfaction and will treat you like their slaves.
You got to be lucky. You have to get a good role, project and manager, otherwise you are screwed.
