I had a very bad experience recently. I was traveling from Chennai to Coimbatore on a Friday night when the bus came to a halt 3 hours out of Chennai. The engine had stopped working and we were stranded for 3 hours in the middle of the road, apparently the company dint have any spare buses because they had made all their buses to run for that friday night . We were made to come on a mini-van till coimbatore which was very uncomfortable and not the service which we paid for. I paid dearly by arriving 4 hours late at my destination, missing a meeting and losing the contract.Before this on another trip the AC stopped working and we were made to wait for 2 hours.
I have lost faith in ABT and I don't think I would be traveling with them again The reason why I included 5 hours in the title is so that even if it stops in the middle you aren't that far away from your destination and you could hitch-hike or something
