I have recently applied for Home Loan (All Smiles Home Loan). Service was remarkably prompt and quick!
Everyone who interacted with us is amicable and there was no delay or misunderstanding. They are open and explain clearly the processing.
I have seen my friends/Colleagues running around Banks get anything Sanctioned and the biggest problem is getting the amount disbursed. Till now there is no issue on that.
But, hold on, interest rate is really high. It is 10 % floating. Which is far more than what other banks in the Market offer.
I am not an account holder and hence I have no idea about that part of service from the Bank :)
Note: I am not really happy with this minimum 150 words to review something. Review could be short and sweet also. I am putting this note because of this limit. I do not know what else to write about the Bank.
