This was the worst travel experience, I have ever had, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. I booked a ticket with Abhi Bus for Kashi Vishwanath Tours and Travels, and due to an honest mistake, I accidentally selected this issue, I approached the driver(Virender), the bus Conductor(Ravi), and even the owner(Vijay) to resolve the matter. I politely requested that they adjust my seat, exchange it with another female passenger if possible, or edit the gender on my ticket. They flatly refused to help me and behaved extremely rudely and unprofessionally.


Despite having a valid ticket and offering multiple solutions, they outright denied me entry onto the bus. I was shocked by how inconsiderate and inflexible they were about such a minor issue that could have easily been resolved. On top of their rude behavior, the bus did not even depart on time. According to my ticket, the scheduled departure time was 9:20 PM, but the bus left only at 10:00 PM. When I realized they wouldn't let me travel, I requested a refund. Once again, They refused, citing their so-called policies that do not take customer circumstances into account.


I spent time pleading with the staff and making multiple calls to the support team to find a resolution, but I was ignored at every step. Not only did I lose my money, but I also lost my time and energy trying to deal with their unhelpful and arrogant behavior. This is completely unacceptable and shows their utter lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic decency.


if you are planning to book a journey with this company, I urge you to reconsider. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and have no regard for their customers.
