The booking services in abhi bus.com are very bad and they are providing very poor service to the customers.
I booked two ticktes from pune to hyderabad in febraury 2017 and I have got confirmation message and mail stating that your tickets are confirmed with the seat numbers 23 and 24.
But when I went to the bus during night for journey there are another people occupied our seats and when we asked them to leave our seats rhey are saying that these are our seats and they are also showing their tickets in the sms.
Then I got stunned and asked the bus incharge that these are our seats and ask them to leave.Then he checked his tickets list and said that these seats are booked twice in your name and their name too.
Then somehow he maintained to adjust us in another seats and we got very back seats. all the journey we got too tired due to last seats which are not comfortable adjustable.
So I decided not to book bus tickets using abhibus.
The bus is also not good , seats are dirty and uncomfartable very worst journey.
So friends be careful when you also booking bus tickets otherwise your journey will be cancelled.
