I applied for ABC Broadband broadband connection through internet on 29th dec 2013 in Jaipur. The next day I got a call from customer services, and I was assured that local representative will get back to me, but no initiative was taken by ABC Broadband Jaipur, till next 15 days. I again called customer services. They replied, sir you already have a connection under this name.


However, they agreed to send local representatives. The local guy called me and asked me for suitable time for demo. I asked them to come on Friday, Sat, or Sunday.


**Today my request has completed 4 months and the days counts on, with no initiation by ABC Broadband.**


Highly casual attitude and embarrassing too. Now I have to settle for costly 3g business.
