These guys are really wow!  And I'm not even talking about the actual service.


Had taken the internet connection in 2012, used it for a year, closed the connection duly end of April, 2013. Cleared all outstanding, returned the device & got the e-mail from ABC Broadband that my outstanding balance is 0.


Things are fine till 6 months and around 2nd week of October 2013, I get a call from someone in Tis Hazari court in Delhi asking me to repay dues! I was like, wow, what's this? I don't have any dues, dude.some foul language followed and call ended. Fine.I thought it was a prank!


And then.today, 18th October, 2013, I get a mail from legalcolls@ABC Broadband.in with the subject of DEMAND NOTICE, asking me to clear dues of 2598 - Where did that come from no idea, and also stating that people from ABC Broadband customer care have been contacting me on phone, SMS, e-mail to recover dues? - When did that happen sir?


Horribly insane to say the least in the manner in which they are slapping dues charges to customers that have long cleared dues & terminated connection!


PLEASE do not even think of having ABC Broadband services. 1st their connectivity sucks and 2nd, you may never know when the come up with new charges for customers long back terminated! STAY AWAY!
