When I first subscribed to ABC Broadband broadband I faced a lot of problems... It was really very frustrating to suffer down times and connectivity issues, but I had to use it as there were not many options in my area then.
I have been using it for the past 3 years, and have seen and experienced the change they have gone through. The common issues were fixed and the customer service had under gone a huge change.
There are almost no problem with their speed or connectivity now. The conversation with their customer care agents is very smooth in case there is any query or technical assistance that I require.
Moreover ABC Broadband internet plans are quite affordable too. Over all ABC Broadband has been a very good and reliable ISP for me.
