Recently I shifted to HSR Layout Sector 3. Surprisingly AirTel could no longer continue the relationship, they informed there is no feasibility. Even BSNL could not find it feasible to provide me internet connection in my area. I have three laptops in my family and combined data usage is over 150GB per month, therefore data card option was not feasible for me.
So after doing a lot of research, I found that ABC Broadband can provide me WiBro Connection, however, the kind of reviews I read about ABC Broadband were not encouraging at all. I was helpless, there was no other option but to give ABC Broadband a chance.
I called ABC Broadband, got the connection in three days, I was hesitant to make advance payment for six months to get discount on installation charges, so made an advance payment for 3 months. Keeping my fingers crossed I started using ABC Broadband's services, and Yes since the installation I never had to call ABC Broadband Customer Care, never had a complaint about the speed. Never faced much issues with connectivity. Out of 10, I get connected 8 times in a single try. 2 times I may have to re-try or just power-cycle the receiver.
I may be one lucky customer, but I am loving ABC Broadband's services.
I strongly recommend ABC Broadband at least in HSR Layout area, not sure otherwise.
