I am using ABC Broadband connection for more then 6 months now. Getting connection was very smooth and installation charges were very low as compare to other providers. I was happy to see connection speed in initial days. I even recommended it to few friends.
But, soon after this I started to realize other side of the coin. At the time of installation I paid some advance. I was told that this will get adjusted in my monthly bills. Which never happened.
I have major doubt that ABC Broadband manipulates my usage history. I am not even allowed to view my full months usage history. This is a very basic service which each ISP provides. I have earlier used services of MTNL and Tata, where I used to get usage history of around 5 GB per month. But, when I started using ABC Broadband 6 GB of usage gets over in just 15 days. Customer care told me that I can check usage history for only last 7 days.
