I have been struggling to resolve Refund issues with ABC Broadband for 4 months. There is nobody who is in charge who can take decisions, or will listen to you - it is always a bunch of automated replies from robot-like operators with the same useless responses to your questions. I am so sick and tired of following them up and asking for a resolution for my refund. I have NOT USED THEIR SERVICES EVEN FOR A DAY !!!!!!
