I am agree with all the complaints against ABC Broadband. I m using ABC Broadband for nearly 6 months and I am not happy with my broadband speed, but plan charges are less that is why I am still using ABC Broadband. There are some problems with speed but I think this ABC Broadband has more problems then other service provider. I called Toll free number 1-800-209-4276 to raised complaint, I came across one new options from ABC Broadband i.e press 1 for technical support (I was accepting that this will not work) I followed the instruction to my surprise call was connected to Engineer, issue was resolved as there was some alignment issue, I was changing the position of CPE and the technical guy was guiding me that this is proper position as the device was catching maximum speed. Till know Net is working fine, hope this will continue. I am thankful for your assistance.
