Hello Friends, I share one incident happened in my home about the Atta.
we regularly use chakki atta making in flour mill and The Chapati made from this chakki atta.
This Chapati is very tasty and soft and good quality.
once day at night time finished atta in my home so mummy called to me and she said buy the atta from shop for emergency basis so that time I bought Ashirvad Atta.
When my mother made chapati from Ashirvad Atta.
It is not tasty, smooth and Soft.
Everyone family member were disappointed by Ashirvad Atta.Because it is not like regular chapati.
Wheat Quality was not Good.
So Guys chakki atta which is grinded from flour mill is good for health and taste is good.
So I wiil not suggest to others DON'T BUY Packaged atta because in that they Use poor quality wheat so Chapati tast is not good.
