Ashirvaad is the best atta brand I have till date. Costs 29/kg, at wholestore market. It is nutritious as well as healthy for all age groups. I reccommend everyone to use it as it is not very costly as other brands. Chapaati made from aashirvaad atta is very moist easy to break and equally tasty as well. It soakes more water while dough making that keeps the chapatis moist and soft. It maintains its softness even after 12 hours if covered correctly.
