This guy at the bottom is very true. These guys always create issue when u leave. I personally know many ppl who hate these guys and worked here for long. All the ppl who are liking here or calling that guy Looser is companies HR ppl.
I even heard an incidence. Where AVP of the company got drunk and slapped an employee and later on that employee was sacked and not AVP.
These ppl create tremendous pressure. No work and life balance.
