We are a regular customer of A2B and have arranged 3-4 parties thru them. This time we had arranged a birthday party at their Jayanagar branch expecting the similar kind of standard service.
However this time we were very much disappointed with their service. There was no supervisor at the venue. No one to serve food at the counter. Even though sweets was included in the menu, they didn't serve it. No one bothered to check what was ordered by us and what was served.
In addition to all these confusions, birthday cakes were served using dinner plates and we were made to pay for these additional plates and overcharged by almost 5 K.
Even after taking it up with their customer service, they didn't bother to refund the amount excess charged!
I would have been more happy had I donated that extra money(5K)to some poor people than being openly cheated by some repute brands like this!
