I got a call from axis bank last to last week. They explained me about the card protection plan and after sometime 1649 got deducted from my creditcard.The customercare people said they were unable to fetch the details and I am not able to reach the cpp customercare as well. Not able to get the refund.
I just want to deactivate the service and want the refund back.thanks
