Recently I have taken a new connection of tata sky that is a HD connection. I have called on toll free number for some support because there were no HD connections coming in my TV. And the person from whom I have taken connection told me that you will get all the channels but I did not get them.
The executive of customer care was unable to give me answer so I told him to transfer my call to senior executive. He said yes and put my call hold for 45 minutes and then finally I got tired and disconnected the call. After that I tried many a times to call bt couldn't
Is this service to give your customer. They make faith on you and because of them you are getting salary, so is this the way to treat your customer
