I bought it and got trapped.
Called Priya to clarify that the policy does not contain these benefits but she told that we will give you as separate and clarified that cashback would get deposit in my account by end of May 2012. Regarding medical policy that will also come.
Since then her phone is switched off. Did contact SIB and other people but no one is responding.Then somehow got a call from Simran Ahuja on 12 Jun 2012. She assured me that it would be taken care of but threatened me not to go to IRDA/Consumer court as nothing happens there. And as said nothing happened here also. I am planning to log complaint with IRDA grieviences cell and stopping the policy also as I do not want to continue. the premium paid will be gone but atleast I will save on further premiums.
