Customer Support is awesome, if you have any issue regarding any product or any query you can simply dial their care no. and the customer care executive will be their to assist you. They are available 24*7.
Product Quality is really out of the work. All the products they deliver to you are genuine. But need to improve more in the Garment Section.
Delivery Time is great. They have Snapdeal Gold plan where you will get your products delivered within 3 working days. Packaging is in bubble sheet and covered by outer brown box.
App & Website can't be more better than this. Their App also works on slow network connection. Till they launch their App most of the people quit to visit websites because through App you can simply Shop On The Go.
By shopping through App everytime you get some Freecharge Credits. As far Freecharge concerns that's their another wallet company, who gives you free recharges and data balance.
As Reliability Concern, Snapdeal doesn't sell you the products only the vendors who are listed on Snapdeal as Merchants they sell to you.
Bu as my experience you can go with the Snapdeal due to it's great Replacement and Customer Support Reliabilities.
