Internet speed :
Specifically with this device I have never found its internet speed on satisfactory terms and performance.
At same time , jio's mobile sim works better than this device with quite higher internet speed.

Connection Reliability :
Its One of the major disadvantage that it disconnects very frequently, as for correction or for gaining internet network again , I always have to Restart this device. Its simply frustrating.

Service and support :
Now their Tele calling customer support is good , but they always have an excuse to check our own device and area strength first.
In comparison to other devices from other network operators, its not worth.
