I had requested for dermatologist on practo. The app told me to make payment so i paid it and instantly one dermatologist was allotted. I was under the impression that i will get a list of doctors to choose from but to my dismay they allotted a
doctor with 3.9 rating, dr. Manoj Srinivas. If I had option to choose then I would definitely not choose a doctor with such low ranking. However, since i had no option I decided to consult him. Dr. Manoj srinivas sent chat and recommended for video call. I thought since I was consulting for my skin so video call is justified but when I connected we were not able to communicate properly due to network issue. Dr. Manoj srinivas without listening to my list of problems, he suggested two medicines. The call was disconnected. He tried again but it failed so i told my problem over the chat. He said to give him sometime. I waited and waited. It has been one day now and now practo has closed the call. So i paid for nothing. Initially I thought it was due to network issue but i feel dr. Manoj srinivas is looting patients with the excuse of bad connection but they closed the consultation without enquiring with me so i am very disappointed. Bad service. plz do not waste ur money or time on dr. Manoj srinivas.
