My order was delayed after tracker clearly showed item arrived in city. Bangalore.
However, the courier company called "Delhivery" was playing foul and updating the tracker saying customer not available.
After a week's follow up and screamings , I recieve the order in a tampered package and to my surprise both the orders have been replaced by cheap and low quality products.
I ordered COD and refused to pay. The delivery person insisted that I pay and get it refunded. I had to fight for an hour with the Peach Mode rep to convince him and get the courier person to accept return as I did not want to keep the product. I just did not want to pay and fight with them again for refund as it was a bad experience.
