I opened a Paypal account this year and linked it to my bank account.
STATUS: VERIFIED(note it)
In May 2015, I won an online logo design contest and the website transferred the money to my paypal account but the transaction failed.
1) Payment failure/refused
On 20th of May, 2015 PayPal rejected the transaction
ERROR: Refused 3015 PAYMENT FAILED – 3015 – Receiver’s account is locked or inactive
2) Upon contacting Paypal regarding this
I get the reply from Paypal(Samatha is name of person who replied) on 27th of May that my PAN is yet to be verified by Paypal and she has escalated the task to her team.
3) I CONTACT PAYPAL AGAIN REGARDING CONFIRMATION OF MY PAN
I keep asking again and again whether you have verified my PAN but still they didn't answer. I asked it min. 3 times.
4) I logged into PAYPAL and tried to add new email address so that website can pay me using new emailid but without any success. I got the following message:
"We're sorry, you don't have permission to complete this action. For more information, contact the person who controls your account permissions."
Whenever I contacted their support staff through email/online form, the only reply I got was an ARTICLE(not any relevant answer) on
A.Why is there an autowithdrawal of my balance?
B.Why has my payment, withdrawal or refund that not completed?
I just wonder whether there is some person sitting on the other end or a robot.
Even sent them a message on FACEBOOK on 12th of June. the moderator answered queries of other persons but not mine.
After, losing nearly a month of time, ultimately got an account opened on other website SKRILL and got my payment finally.
Skrill(Moneybookers) is very customer friendly.
