This is the worst company I every seen in my life. Name shake it is a software company actually their work culture, work environment and benefits are not even comparable with any other industry. Simply we can say it is a digar jail. They recruits employees by promising H1B visa but they never process. The company websites shows it is product based company but they are not. The company does not have any goal. Simply they work whatever the project they get. This is like a school they don't respect employes.very very poor middle management.
Be careful guys, Even for experience they ask to sign in the bond for H1B visa but they never process.
Also one important thing is they have a salary account only with IOB govt bank and they will credit only on 5th of every month.
They don't even have a vending machine, late night cab or food court facility. Every day you need to sign in the registry for your attendance :) like a school. If you are going for a break again you need to sign in the registry :) it is non sense. The management is eating all the profit and they suck your blood.
Job security is NIL. No. 1 firing company :)
I can say one good thing about the company is very good CEO and Facility is located in ascendas
