I had purchased sunglasses of brand Farenheit, the price mentioned was Rs. 4, 499 with 65% discount, the sunglasses are similar to the toy sunglasses sold on footpath for not more than Rs. 100.
when I tried returning the same, they asked for the MRP tag & the packing. Since 2 products were ordered together I have misplaced the same. they denied taking it back as I don't have the MRP tag & the packing.
I just don't understand first of all why they sell such cheap stuff while fooling the customer by showing exorbitant price tags & then giving a discount of 60-70%.
