Magic bricks was one of the sites that attracted people to search for their dream house but slowly and steadily housing.com will take over magicbricks.
Magic bricks were among the few sites that brought real estate on finger tips of the consumers and it would always be remembers for this move but somehow they don't seem to improve and prefer staying in the conventional manner itself.
Magic brick still has the same old user interface where in no one would enjoy while browsing or you can say that its still the 90's kind of website which isn't user friendly.
Where as housing.com has recently upgraded it website. Housing.com has started its promotion and after redesigning the website it has take the level of promotions higher.
Magic bricks I still remember used to advertise a lot initially but nowadays it does not. All such sites depends on advertisements itself.
The site loading time is not great as compare to housing. There are other websites as well which are better than magic bricks. Sites like makaan.com too is good.
As the website is old it has a lot of information and users. The content is genuine and the depth of information is good enough.
Very soon magic bricks would be the second name in real estate unless it stands up and fight against housing in terms of everything.
