I book a ticket for one adult and one infant from Mumbai to Chandigarh Travel Date was Aug 1st, 2012 from LookNBook.com. Airlines was Air India. Departure time of the flight from mumbai was 7:00AM.
On the travel day the fight left Mumbai on time and landed in Delhi on time but due to bad weather conditions is was not able to go beyond it such whole flight was cancelled at Delhi only. At the AIR INDIA counter on Delhi airport, AIR INDIA gave us in written that there will be full refund of the ticket.
But since we have booked our tickets from travel agent, thus we can get our refund from the agent only. Then I approached LookNbook office. Ms/Mrs **Anjana Bhatia** dealt with this issue. I did every thing possible which they said me to do but all in vain.
I did not get the refund. In the initial stage they were saying that I will get full refund of infant but I did not get that also.
Thus it is my humble request to all the brothers and sisters to avaoid booking tickets from such a docoit website. There are several other options please go there.
