Never worked for a company like this before..
Jan month salary comes at march month end. Owner Raghu shipping money to other business and daily telling lies to his employees. Salary comes today or tomorrow, then nothing comes, he even issued salary cheques without putting money into company account. so we all get bounced cheque charges.
seen 9 good employees to leave this company without taking salary for last 2-3 months time. new people join without knowing all these and suffer for not being paid. u cant expect your salary month end, if you are lucky you will get paid next month end.
In between accounts and Raghu will tell min 15 times lie for 15 days. Few seniors threatens Raghu so they get salary. Other employees will not. This owner baboon will tell customers not paying money, but actually all money he is secretly investing in other company and making employees suffer. Please don't join this company, serious salary problem.
If you join u cant quit within 2-3 months, even if u quit you will not get paid for working. None of the ex employees got paid. They regularly comes to follow up for final settlement and goes back with nothing. People who have no other options, no jobs, can work without salary, can join this company.
