I bought Kenstar food processor in Nov 2006. I started using it actually in march 2006. Within 2 months of use, Vegatable juicer part(spindle) broke .I called help line number, and I was told that problem will be attended withing 48 working hours, but already 4 days nobody even bother to attend the call. I keep on calling help line no. and response comes that person wll come . I am fed up with the service and the quality of kenstar food processor. I was being told that kenstar after sales service is very good in bangalore and that is why I bought it. But I had worst experience dealing with the service people and I will advice everybody not to go for kenstar food processor at all, otherwise you also have to bear the same agony thatĀ IĀ faced, problem remains unresolved.
Worst part is that there website is down and you end up with no number to contact and nobody to listen to your problem.
