The product that I had ordered from Jabong was a Hush Puppies Pack of 5 Multicoloured Socks. On opening the package received from them it turned out to be a Pack of 3 Sports Socks from Calzini. On telling Jabong about receiving the wrong product they told me to mail a picture of the invoice and the socks to them. I did the same as asked and they were supposed to revert back in 7 business days but I had to call them to know the status of the return. On having 4 -5 conversations about the return and to explain to them again and again the reason for the return, they send me a form to fill to get the amount refunded. After filling it a courier partner of Jabong comes to my door and asks for the product. He sees the product and says that he is suppose to receive the pack of 5 multicoloured socks from Hush Puppies and not the wrong product. His team tells him not to accept the product at that moment. I called up Jabong immediately and told them the whole incident and the customer executive tells me "to mail the snapshots of the wrong product and invoice to investigation@jabong.com to investigate the case". They have hardly any clue of the wrong product sent to the customer and their system says "wrong product sent to customer. Product to be picked up." No other details, no other specifications! If I get the right product why will I get the product returned? This is not understood at all by Jabong!
The bottom line is:
The products are not of good quality(based one other purchase from them and even this wrong product).
The company is vey talented in harassing customers and is filled with miscommunication at every level.
I would rate them even below one star if there was an option to do so.
