We moved to a new property via home4u.in and were given the impression that property would be cleaned before we move which wasn't. Half of the plugs in the house didn't work and we had little to no lightening. Few plugs were ripped off the wall and the electrician said, " I will have to ask permission in order to carry the work." Why spend the money for the suxxxxx of home4u.in? One of the bedroom doors was broken and a handyman did a quick fix on the spot. Bathroom door lock would have to be completely replaced which was never done(why spend the money for the suxxxxx?) One of the toilets started leaking which could be resolved by them after a week after several calls. No information about the bills, meter readings etc. was given to us while moving to a new property. Really an awful experience!
