The worst Customer service in flipkart, and product delivery time very delay.
there is no prefer language in Customer services
I am ordered Redmi 3s prime 32gb from flipkart as it was showing deliver on 14th December 2016 by 7 PM to my door step, but on the day of delivery there was no clue where my order was. I have to leave for a meeting that day and the cheap customer care executives of flipkart are unable to even tell me where my order is nor they can provide me address of their hub from where I can pick the product. They do not understand the urgency and just say sorry. Amazone is a lot better and preferred option for me now. After a lot of follow up with flipkart, I got one msz that your product is out for delivery and will be delivered today by 9pm, they do not understand what difference 2 hours can make. really sucks and poor services. please close your customer care centers. number given by flipkart to me in a msz [private info removed] is saying we are connecting you to our team and than customer care executive(name:- Atul) he`s given compete no IN1612141742205396174 and there`s NO respond on flipkart side. and last updated in flipkart 10th on December 2016 really out of words for this great service. flipkart status;-
