I don't know about any other reviews and their authenticity and genuineness but my overall experience with these guys has been really one of the most worse and regretful decisions I've ever made in my life. I would say that their overall dealing with me has been a classic example of sugar coated bitter treatment with all sort of possible unethical professionalism, fraudulent practices & promises and spine-less character and absurd behavior to accept and address their quite apparent and visible bad results as the outcome of the Hair-Transplant surgery performed by them to me.
In this marketing era to just to make an impressive and high quality looking Website, Facebook page and Google Ad-Words advertisements following with all very sweet talks and shallow promises at their good looking offices/cabins in best possible polishing way, is the most easy and common modus operandi to make easy money but still most of Customers/Clients/Patients fell prey to this tactics and same thing has happened with me during dealing with Dezire Clinic, New Delhi.

.Before I start to share my experience I would like to mention where Dezire Clinic has failed to deliver the results:
Against to one of the basic principles of a successful transplant, which states that only Single hair follicles has to be transplanted on the foremost frontal area of the hairline on forehead to make it look soft and natural, numerous 2 and even 3 hair grafts has been placed on my foremost area of my hairline that has made my hairline looks so artificial and gross that it proved the following statement puRobotouchshed on Dezire Clnic's website seems to be absolutely out of their abilities:
"Hair Transplantation can be done today so well that often a barber or stylist cannot even tell that grafts have been placed."{Source: dezireclinic.in/hair-transplant/ ]
Contrary to what Dezire Clinic states on it's web portal:
[" These hair roots are then meticulously planted into the bald or thinning area of the scalp(recipient area) with the help of special implanters under magnified vision so as not to injure any follicles already existing in the area and at the same exact angle, depth and direction as the other existing hairs present. The technique of very small follicular unit transplantation has enabled the hair surgeon to create very natural, feathered hairlines, which do not have the abrupt, pluggy look that was commonly seen in hair transplants of years past. The most important part of a hair transplant is the creation of the frontal hair line. The frontal hair line is noticed every day by both the patient and the rest of the world. If the frontal hair line looks natural, the rest of the hair transplant result will look great. "],
the ANGLE and DIRECTION of grafts being place on my hairline is just not compatible with existing older hairs. Their surgeon Dr, Kawal, failed to create a natural, feathered hairline, which actually have the abrupt and pluggy look was commonly seen in hair transplants of years past and yes, my frontal hairline is seen by everyone and also really gets noticed by all to make them ask that what blunder has to made with your hairs on your forehead?
Patchy and Lean Hair Density: After of waiting for 6 months post surgery, I still have a very patchy and thin hair density because of which my scalp still looks very much bald. Despite of Dr. Jaya [one of their doctors at their Kohat Enclave branch], making me the promise that they have got Graft Counter machine on which I could have seen that how many grafts were being transplanted on my scalp during my surgery, they denied the availability of the Graft Counter machine by saying that it was out of order right at the time when I was about to lay down on the bed in Operation Theater. Now I really find it hard to believe on Dezire Clnic's claim of transplanting 4, 200 grafts on my scalp!
I came to know about Dezire Clinic via Google AdWords on Google when I started searching for Hair Transplant clinics in New Delhi in around May/June 2016 and I filled my details on Dezire Clinics website. At that time I was in touch with 3 other clinics as well [Berkowits, Dermaclinix and Enhance Clinics]. All of those clinics suggested me to go for hair transplant of around 5500 grafts after considering my bald scalp and donor area.
Around that time this guy Babul from Dezire Clnic contacted me and that time I told him about my requirement of 5500 grafts and like any customer I asked him to call me up again with his best possible prices. Next time when called me up he gave me the estimate of around Rs. 77, 000/- and no doubt I was quite satisfied with that price he offered to me. After giving him my consent I asked him to quote his this price via e-mail to me and when I got that price quotation mail from him then I asked him to fix my appointment with Dr. Hema Yadav at their Kohat Enclave, Pitampura branch in New Delhi.
As I was planning for getting my hair transplant done since 2015 I had spent quite a good time on Internet to gather all necessary information and details so that I wont remain absolute blank at the time of surrendering myself to any of Hair Clinic's hands.
So, when I went to meet Dr. Hema Yadav with my wife in June, I had quite a good conversation with her. After examining my scalp, she suggested me that even with 4000 grafts I will get a good enough result. During that conversation I expressed my expectations and also discussed about all the key basics of a successful hair transplant that are a must to follow for everyone, no matter who is the patient and who is doctor and to my satisfaction Dr. Hema Yadav explained it all very genuinely and agreed with me on key points like these to assure that I'll get best possible hair transplant:
During hair transplant all the single hair grafts should be placed on the foremost frontal part of the forehead for a soft and natural looking hairline and all 2 and 3 hair consisting grafts should be transplanted behind the frontal hairline to make the hair density richer and thicker.
Hairline should not be straight but in a zig-zag manner, again to make it look natural not awkward.
Blend of new hairline with existing old hairs in such a way that no one can figure out that even if I have got done a hair transplant done.
Precision in Direction and Angle of grafts while transplant.
During this conversation Dr. Hema Yadav also showed me some images of hair transplant results in her computer system in which all those key basics were apparent being followed. After watching those images me and my wife were fairly impressed.
After this meeting I left from there on a very good note with lots of satisfaction that I finally found a very good Doctor, that too, with fairly competitive prices.
Post this meeting called up Babul and told him that Dr. Hema Yadav has suggested me to go for 4000 grafts as according to her 4000 grafts will be good enough for me. I asked Babul to apply the same per graft price to me according to the prior estimate of Rs. 75, 000 for 5500 grafts, quoted by him to me that came up & got finalized as Rs. 14/- per graft. [Total Rs. 56, 000/- for 4000 grafts]
After few more days I again visited Dezire Clinic.
