I placed an order for a phone cover from their website which costed quite a bit. They proudly call their cases "designer cases" btw! The product arrived and was of extremely bad quality. I would probably pay less than half for something like that. I initiated a return request, the product was picked up and then they conveniently disappeared without a mail or follow up! I emailed them more the twice, called their customer care several times with no response on the other end, and even tweeted to them.
Their only response via mail 10 days ago has been "We'll get back to you soon". Its been 12 days since the product was returned and all their communication channels have been useless. Now all I get from this is that since their shitty, low quality products don't sell anyway, their strategy is to pocket people's money doing this. And just FYI, if you go through their twitter account, you'll see that this has been happening with a lot of other customers too.
Hopefully, if they have some sense of customer care/satisfaction, they'll atleast respond to me now. Either way, a lesson for all of you is that you never trust a fraud company like this!
