This is a fraud company, and after-sales service is horrible.
The only way of communication with them is through crossbeats mail id which takes 20-25 days to reply to Plus they won't fix the issue even if the product is under warranty plus the customer has to bear the courier charges for both ways.
Other companies are much better than this fraud Indian company.
Trust me guys, they are doing a big bullshit scam by looting people hard earned money.
