CAR FROM 24 CARS AFTER 3 MONTH I HAVE RECEIVED THE RC

BUT STILL PREVIOUS OWNER TRAFFIC CHALLEN NOT PAID

AND 24CARS NOT RESPONDING ON MY MAIL

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH 24 CARS.
