We had a horrifying experience with the newly launched E-Learning platform of Build a Bazaar which is an Infibeam company, supported by DRC Systems.
We had clearly communicated with the DRC folks that Peer Assessment was a key feature for us. Promises and customer service were positive until we released the cheque into their bank. Once hooked, we realised what a clunky product it was and that the features do not really work at all.
Demo-ing is a skill which can floss over details, and probably we overlooked this while deciding to buy. However within 2 days of using their product, we figured that it is a half baked, clunky, product which does not work as promised. While we had paid for 90 days, we requested a refund within 2 days, and the company and their people have gone silent.
They actually had the gall to say that it is our fault to purchase the product, even if their product was not working. This is clearly a farce and a classical case of Indian Jugaad and hoodwinking under the guise of a Public company like Infibeam to build false credibility.
Stay away from them, like the plague.
