I am from bokaro and I have an account in bandhan bank, chas, bokaro.It is a small bank and it's head office is in kolkata.I had opend a saving account there because of 6% intrest rate.But friend it is not a good bank and not useful for you money.As you know it is a private bank, but it's service is very bad.I again went there in April 2017 to combined my account with my wife.There they give me a form and said to comeback tomorrow.when I went there the manager of bank said me that I have opened a new account for your wife.then I said why you do so I want to combine my account.Then he said this is a new bank so we have to open lots of account .Friends this bank create it's own monopoly and never think for his coustomer.Very bad and rude service of this bank.They do everything for fulfil their own willings.So friends don't think to open account at this bank because your money is not safe their and your thoughts are nothing for this bank.
